Initial Consultation- Complete Examination, Diagnosis and Treatment -- $139.00 (treatment may include a variety of modalities)
Subsequent treatment sessions -------------------------------- $99.00 (treatment may include a variety of modalities)
10 session full treatment course--------------------------------- $899.00 (by permission only for special cases-3 months)
Full treatment sessions may include treatment modalities to include a variety of the following procedures: acupuncture, heat therapy, moxibustion, cupping, medical massage(tuina), qigong/meditation, food therapy, herbal formula, counseling, etc.
I am now proudly treating our veterans from the Veterans Administration Hospital Community Care Center. If you are a qualified veteran you may be eligible for a series of treatments at no cost to you. Please contact the VA for more info. For other insurance carriers I can provide a detailed record and receipt of your treatments that you can submit to your insurance company for approval. I am hopeful that more insurance carriers will begin to cover acupuncture services in the near future.
